 Tequila houses, restaurants, and location announced for the Tequila festival in Playa del Carmen.

I recently contacted the PR manager of the 2012 Tequila Festival to see if there were any further details he could share with us, and not only did he send some great information, but he answered in no time flat. Here is the latest “hot off the press”.we will post further details as we recieve them....
Time, location and cost:
*The tequila festival will be held on Constituyentes and the beach right near the pier. Open to the public from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM January 27th-29th.
*Invitation only inaugural party: January 26th, 2012 at 7:00 PM.
Restaurant tastings and pairings:
a. Quintanarroense $400.00 MN
b. National $450.00 MN
c. Tourists $40.00 USD
Tequila festival entrance fees:
a. Quintanarroense $100.00 MN
b. National $150.00 MN
c. Tourists $15.00 USD
