We are looking for property owners who are interested in renting their condominiums or villas out to travelers staying in Playa del Carmen for 1 - 12 months at a time. We are looking for all kinds of properties in all price ranges. Currently, there is not a sufficient supply of Long Term Rentals to accommodate all of our incoming customers.

We are not a Property Management company nor do we offer those services. We are happy to work in cooperation with your existing management company to bring you tenants and create a positive cash flow for your second home or investment property while you are not enjoying it yourself!
