Alex sent us alot of information and properties for sale and steered us in the right direction. We set up a week holiday and met up with Alex , where he showed us different real estate and gave us great information so we could decide what we wanted to buy. We were a little nervous about the whole procedure but Alex looked after everything for us and made it very easy. When we are not in Playa Alex looks after everything for us and pays all the bills and rents it out. We are now retired and planning to spend most of our winter at our new home.
